Kidney Transplant Management

Kidney Transplantation is the preferred treatment for end stage renal disease (ESRD) in most patients.

Not all patients are eligible for a kidney transplant. Eligibility is determined by a team of professionals involved in the various transplant programs.

We are active and committed with the care of kidney transplant patients.  We work in close conjunction with the patient's transplant center in this management.
